The start of fall signals a great time to get back to the healthy habits you weren’t so diligent about over the summer. For me that usually means recommitting to my workout routine. This year as I continue to save for a friend’s out-of-town wedding in October, my goal is to resume my exercise regime on the cheap, better yet for free.

Luckily, there are a host of free options online; here are the five I’ve got bookmarked:
1. To celebrate National Yoga Month, Athleta will be offering a series of free online yoga classes (starting on 9/1 throughout the month of September) available on Athleta.com/YogaMonth
2. Awesome workouts from trainers like Denise Austin and Jillian Michaels on the LionsGate BeFit YouTube channel
3. Sessions with Coach Nicole, one of our favorite trainers from the Sparkpeople YouTube channel
4. Tailored routines based the body part you’d like to work on SurfGym.com
5. Podcasts from MotionTraxx.com that’ll help you power through your workout (*you can download many of the mixes for free)
